We’ve gathered the questions we hear most, and tailored our FAQs to align with our business stages to give you clear, practical answers right when you need them.
In short – any receipts, invoices and documents that relate to your business. From receipts for materials to invoices for your accountant right through to invoices to your client’s for services you’ve provided.
So many women feel this way. The best way to overcome this, is simply to start. That could be tracking your income and expenses in a notebook through to completing one of our courses. Once you start, you’ll realise how much you DO understand and build your confidence, clarity and ability to take charge.

Technically, no. However, we highly recommend you do.
A separate bank account is advised because:
- It makes record keeping easier – everything that goes through the account relates to the business.
- It’s less likely you will overspend or overinvest your personal finances into the business.
- It indicates the professionalism of your business
You don’t need to register for an ABN until your annual turnover is $75,000 or above. However, doing so earlier means those charging you for goods and services don’t have to withhold tax.
