Body Doubling means doing a task in the presence of another person. Originally the strategy was specifically designed to support people with ADHD to work alongside others to complete certain tasks. We would like to open this opportunity to anyone in our community who thinks they would benefit from working alongside others to be held accountable to complete a task within the one hour session.
The Body Doubling session will be facilitated by one of our own Sisters, Kim Hutchinson from What Unites- a champion for neurodiversity and inclusion. Kim will open the session and ask Sisters to set their intentions for the working time- you will then be invited to commence working quietly alongside other Sisters to completed your identified task. Finally, Kim will wrap up the session at the end.
