Join us for a powerful 4-week Coaching Circle designed to give Sisters the clarity, structure and confidence to plan for a successful year ahead. This interactive program blends expert guidance from the Project Assured team with practical workshop time so you can immediately put your learning into action.
Across the four weeks, you’ll develop a clearer business direction, reflect on what’s working, set meaningful goals, and create a focused plan you can actually follow.
What the Program Covers:
Week 1 – Plan for Growth & Clarity (with Project Assured)
Gain insight into how to strengthen and grow your business. Explore what clarity looks like for you, the opportunities ahead, and where to focus your energy.
Week 2 – Implementation Workshop
A guided working session to apply Week 1’s learning directly to your business, with support, feedback and space to get things done.
Week 3 – Reflect, Set Goals & Build Your Action Plan (with Project Assured)
Review what worked — and what didn’t — this year, set meaningful business goals for 2026, and learn how to turn them into a simple, realistic action plan.
Week 4 – Implementation Workshop
A hands-on workshop to build out your personalised plan, refine your goals, and ensure you leave with a clear, doable pathway forward.
