August’s Coaching Circles is all about Customer Care that Lasts. This is a 4-week group coaching program designed for sisters who want to strengthen the relationships they’ve already built. Through this program you’ll explore how to deliver thoughtful, consistent customer experiences that build loyalty, encourage referrals, and turn everyday buyers into long-term advocates.

You don’t need fancy systems — just a clear, human-centered approach to care, communication, and connection.
In a world where small businesses often compete on speed or price, what truly sets you apart is how you make your customers feel — long after the sale is made.

  • Getting to know and understand your customers, and how delivering excellence will impact your business.

What’s a Coaching Circle?

Coaching Circles are live group 4-week programs, each focusing on a specific business topic. Each month, a new expert will coach a group of Sisters through a facet of running and growing a successful business. Learn from each other, work through your challenges, and build a supportive community. Plus, take them all and you’ll soon be a business expert too.

Session 4 : “Service Recovery”
How to deal with service mishaps.
