Knowing your numbers and being ‘intentional’ with your business finances is a key part of your business journey, no matter what stage of business you’re at. It’s important to be clear where your business financials are at now and what you need to move forward to create a financially sustainable business and secure future.

The Financial Pathways Program is a 2-week live group program, focusing on understanding your business finances, articulating your financial goals, and developing your financial roadmap to get there.

Both Module 1 and Module 2 are designed in a way to provide a safe learning environment for Sisters to ask detailed questions and seek specific clarification related to their business model and business financials. However, for this to happen, given the sensitive nature of business financial information, the Financial Pathways Program will not be recorded nor available for distribution post session.

This program is designed to build your capability and confidence as a business owner to use financial information to make better business decisions at each stage of your business journey.

Program Schedule

Week 1:
- Unpack and articulate your core values, financial goals and money management principles
- Understand the importance of intentionality
- Get familiar with key business financial terms, reports and statements
- Get clear on your business current financial position
Week 2:
- Cash position, runway and burn rate plus common cash flow mistakes
- Planning ahead to mitigate challenges and support growth
- Funding options and credit history
1-to-1 Business Financials Review: If you complete the program and Financial Model found in Course Materials you are eligible for a coaching session with an AMP coach valued at $400 to review your business financials. Details will be provided during the LIVE session
