This 90-minute workshop is designed for women who are curious about starting a business but don’t yet have a clear idea—or have too many! Through a series of creative and reflective activities, you’ll explore your own skills, passions, and lived experience as powerful starting points. By the end of this session, you’ll walk away with one or more meaningful business ideas to explore further.
Perfect for: Women without a business idea, those with too many, or those with a business ‘hunch’ they want to explore.
Find Your Idea is offered in two formats: guided (with a facilitator) and self-guided (on your own). The content is the same, it’s just delivered in different ways, depending on your preference. Read on to find out more.

- You need help finding or refining a business idea
- You prefer to work at your own pace
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Apply creative thinking strategies to generate new business ideas
- Identify their personal strengths, interests, and experiences as foundations for business
- Use a simple problem/solution framework to turn everyday challenges into business opportunities
- Recognise key business models and match one to a potential idea
- Select one or more viable business ideas to explore further
