Join this practical 3-part growth series with the team from Australian lifestyle brand Kip&Co and learn exactly how to grow a product-based business with confidence. You’ll get real, actionable insights into how successful brands grow through wholesale, marketing, and ecommerce, with tools, templates, and practical examples you can apply immediately.

Across three sessions, you’ll hear directly from industry leaders. The session will each focus on a key growth area:

  • Wholesale
  • Marketing & Social Media
  • Ecommerce and Website Optimisation

In these sessions, we’ll break down the basics, share practical templates and guides from the Kip&Co team, and leave time for Q&A.

Monday 18th May: Wholesale with Lucy
A super practical, step-by-step session on how to get your products into stores. Covering how to create a compelling lookbook, approach and pitch to stockists, pricing for wholesale and setting clear terms and conditions. Includes tools, templates and real examples to help you get started with confidence.

Monday 25th May: Marketing & Social Media with Alana
A hands-on session on how to build a brand people connect with — and convert that into sales. Covering storytelling (your “why” and how to communicate it), creating strong visual identity, and how to use key platforms effectively:

  • Instagram & Facebook (must-haves)
  • Pinterest & TikTok (when and how they make sense)

We’ll also break down the digital marketing funnel (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention), with practical tips on growing reach, engaging your audience, and launching products in a way that drives sales.

Monday 1 June: Ecommerce & Website Best Practice with Sarah
A practical session on how to build a website that not only looks beautiful, but converts. Covering the fundamentals of strong ecommerce including:

  • Presenting your product clearly (imagery, product descriptions, pricing)
  • Creating a seamless and intuitive user experience (navigation, mobile optimisation, site flow)
  • Building trust (reviews, policies, shipping clarity)
  • Offering the right payment options (including flexible payments like Afterpay)
  • Simple ways to improve conversion and average order value
  • This session is about getting the basics right — so your website works as your best salesperson, 24/7.
