Plan Your Finances

This Finance Coaching offers practical 1:1 support designed to help Sisters who have been trading for over 12 months to build confidence with their business numbers, strengthen their financial position and plan for growth. Together, you will work through your current business financials to understand what they are telling you about viability and performance, complete the Global Sisters financial model if useful, and set clear financial and sales goals. You will also map a realistic financial roadmap that shows what needs to happen to reach those goals, step by step.

Meet Debbieann Silcocks

Debbieann is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience, with a strong background in tax and broad exposure to small business finance. Through Global Sisters she provides support with practical financial questions and decision-making. Her focus is on helping you build clarity and confidence around your numbers, including cash flow fundamentals, basic financial understanding, funding options, and financial brainstorming for growth.

Finance Coaching is for you if:

What to prepare

• Come with a clear question or challenge you are trying to solve
• Bring any existing financials and or key metrics
• For example, if your challenge is defining your pricing, bring your current price information, current costs, current and forecast quantities  if available.
