CHOOSE YOUR COMMITMENT
Whether you’re an experienced coach, people leader, business owner, subject matter expert or someone looking to develop your coaching skills, there are a variety of ways to get involved.
Momentum Coaching
Provide encouragement, accountability and guidance through structured 1:1 coaching over twelve weeks. Sisters will gain clarity, confidence and forward movement in their business.
Commitment: Group onboarding plus seven fortnightly 1:1 coaching sessions.
Specialised Coaching
Provide targeted guidance in your area of expertise to help micro-business women navigate specific business challenges, develop skills and unlock opportunities for growth.
Commitment: Two coaching sessions per Sister, with flexibility to support multiple Sisters or offer additional sessions.
Coaching Circles
Facilitate group coaching sessions focused on your area of expertise. Sisters will learn from your business expertise and the shared experiences of the group, building confidence, connection and taking action throughout the program.
Commitment: Generally a series of three sessions over three weeks.
Corporate Coaching
Provide opportunities for employees to develop their coaching, leadership and communication skills while supporting micro-business women. Most corporate coaches participate in Momentum Coaching as part of employee volunteering, leadership development or ESG initiatives, with opportunities for bespoke coaching programs through broader corporate partnerships.
Commitment: Varies depending on the partnership and program structure.
Place Coaching
Place Coaches help women build confidence, strengthen local networks and access support close to where they live and work. This program creates opportunities for connection, collaboration and business growth within a community. Currently being piloted in Geelong, VIC and Armidale, NSW.
Commitment: Flexible format.
Expert Coaching Pool
Share your expertise when it's needed most. Expert Coaches are available to support Sisters with specific business questions, challenges or opportunities, as and when needed. When a Sister is looking for experience that matches your skills or industry background, the Global Sisters team may reach out to see if you're available to help.
Commitment: Flexible and on an as-needed basis.
