I am Brisbane southside based.
I am at the beginning of my beauty business journey and looking to secure Australia and NZ trademark IP for now. I was wondering has anybody been through this process and got advice to share / know of an affordable IP lawyer who understands the beauty business?

Hi Alicia, I am sorry I have not jumped on sooner. I have actually filed for my own trademark in Australia. Once you do that, you can actually apply through the IPAUSTRALIA site and apply for the trademark in other countries.

Again sorry Aiclica’s I think you have already decided on what to do but check https://www.wipo.int/en/web/global-brand-database for your trademark. I keep getting ads for blaze.ai, so I was thinking I would look into using them as they say you do not need a lot of platforms, such as Canva etc when you are using them. I just joined this group. I use Adobe express. It does have some ai features. Another great option is Canva. I haven’t use blaze.ai so I cannot talk to that experience.
