What about Fiverr @CarenGold ? Even if you do a rough sketch or a co prison and maybe use the free version of Canva for your colours etc that cann help steer someone towards what you are after? It will give you the hex colours so you know what they are and fonts or you could try describing it to Gemini which will generate something for you for nothing?

Hi All,
I am the ideas person and not the developer!! I am therefore looking for an agency to handle end to end design, development and launch of a secure web based software application linked with a print-on-demand service.
Any recommendations or suggestions on where to begin?

I was looking for the same and ended up doing all on my own, which was a big task. I do recommend you use shopify as the website, I used Wix and now I realised Shopify has better integtations to PODs as well as better financial reports to download. Good luck!
