HI, sounds like a great idea. I myself have worn wire free since my 20’s (63YO) and it is really difficult to find one with great support – also I hate the back fat and side roll. I basically don’t wear a bra unless I have to and rip them off when I do wear them and get home. I will be greatly interested in your site once you get it all rolling…..

My tip is just start!
Go to the first course, press play and be kind to yourself.
If you do 5mins and then lose focus, start again.
Self Doubt is normal, I have worked for myself for decades and I still get it.
I manage my ADHD with schedules and meds.
