Been feeling like a machine lately? Is it just me? 😅

It’s been a huge and exciting time in my business with so many pinch-me milestones ticked off. But somewhere in the rush, I noticed I was feeling kind of numb.

I was jumping from one thing to the next, frantically getting things done, running on autopilot.

    🔴 Tired.

    🔴 Rundown.

    🔴 No space to…

LEARNING TO BE OK WITH REJECTION 💔➡️💪

When I first started my business, I was quietly terrified.

I am not sure I have any tools to bounce back from rejection sensitivity- don’t think it’s something I do very well! Talking to my husband helps- he doesn’t seem to have the same sensitivities in this area as I do- so a…

      • Hi Kim,

This is definitely something I have struggled with all my life, it turned me in to a chronic people pleaser and caused endless problems in my life. I have found that withdrawing from the more negative experiences in my life has given me the space to find some balance. I have also tried to find out the ‘why’ of the rejection in the…

      DOPAMINE HITS

Yesterday reminded me: you don’t have to do it alone. 🌻

I started Monday feeling flat — low energy, low motivation, and honestly, low expectations too. 😶‍🌫️

But I was lucky enough to facilitate our Body Doubling session… and something shifted. 🤝✨

Just easing gently into the day with others made a huge difference. By the end of the…
