      • No prob Tegan! We are in the process of uploading all the events, so the next few should be available in the next day or so_I’ll let you know when they are available, but generally speaking each fortnight on a Monday at 10am AEST

Maybe put on a high-energy song that you like and do the boring stuff that your brain is not giving you dopamine to do and anything that you get done during that song is a bonus (sing/ dance if it helps)- if it works put on another song and do…
