Neurodivergent Minds a year agoBeen feeling like a machine lately? Is it just me? 😅
It’s been a huge and exciting time in my business with so many pinch-me milestones ticked off. But somewhere in the rush, I noticed I was feeling kind of numb.
I was jumping from one thing to the next, frantically getting things done, running on autopilot.

I have found that withdrawing from the more negative experiences in my life has given me the space to find some balance. I have also tried to find out the ‘why’ of the rejection in the…

Neurodivergent Minds a year agoDOPAMINE HITS
Yesterday reminded me: you don’t have to do it alone. 🌻
I started Monday feeling flat — low energy, low motivation, and honestly, low expectations too. 😶🌫️
But I was lucky enough to facilitate our Body Doubling session… and something shifted. 🤝✨
Just easing gently into the day with others made a huge difference. By the end of the…
